Welcome to our studio on the 3rd floor of the Historic Gellerstedt Building. This building was built in 1890 by the Gellerstedt brothers to house their clothing business. The 3rd floor was where the Taylor’s hand made all the clothing for the Gellerstedt clothing company. Tailor-made suits were then shipped to New York. Through the years a few businesses were established on the first floor the longest being a bank . Renovation of this beautiful building was completed in 2017.

We would like to invite you walk back into history during your stay at the Loft on the Square. While you stay on the second floor of this historic building, you will be able to catch the view of the downtown square in the morning hustle and bustle or the beautiful night lights the square as to offer. As we brought this building up to code during renovation in 2017, we kept the historical structure that sets this building apart. We also kept in mind the modern flare that is desired by most. This prominent three story building was constructed to house the Gellerstedt clothing business, founded circa 1871 by bothers Lawerence E and Sam W Gellerstedt. The first floor of the building originally contained hat, shoe, neck and underwear departments, as well as as office. The second floor under Gellerstedt ownership sold piece goods and ready made clothes. The third floor housed the tailors who produced goods and tailored clothing. After the Gellerstedt Era, the first floor was altered for banking and office spaces. The second floor was modified as a dance studio When you access the building on the first floor, you will enter the common area of the building. Look to your left and you will see the stairs that will lead you to the 2nd floor. We ask that you do not go beyond this floor for privacy purposes. Being on the historic square you will be in walking distance from great local boutiques and restaurants. Parking is across the street in the middle of the square.

In the dining area there is table for 4, Kitchen Counter with 2 bar stools, Dishwasher, stove/oven and Microwave, fully functioning Kitchen. Laundry room with, full size Washer and Dryer, Iron(steamer) and Ironing Board. Digital Keyless entries on the front door. You will have your own unique code we assign you for convenience and safety assurance. There is a gas grill located on the back patio area. The from porch is covered. We love Dogs and don’t mind them as long as they don’t chew anything or dirty the carpeting and are well house trained. We provide have an aviable dog kennel if needed. There is a $25/night dog fee. If any damages are caused you will be charged extra for damages. There is a pooper scooper for the yard. Please remember to clean up after your pets, if you don't you will get charged $50. If you have a pet, and did not inform of the host of having one, you will be charged the daily price plus a $200 fee. If your dog is a service dog, I will waive the fee as long as you send me the paperwork that proves it. There is a fully large fenced backyard. If you have you dog in the front yard, please have them on the leash. There are great places to Shop, Eat and have fun within 15 minutes of the house. We can be flexible with the check-in time if it’s possible. We look forward to you being our guests!

Very peaceful setting outside Daleville. Less then 4 miles to the Daleville Gate. My place is a very comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1 stall garage house. 58” smart tv in the living room. I have very comfortable high quality queen size beds in two bedrooms which rest on very solid custom wood frames. Two if the bedrooms have tv's.The 3rd bedroom has a set of twin mattresses that where an original custom made, robust bunk bed but is now (Aug 2018) a set of twins! (LOL... My co host didn't enjoy climbing to make the top bunk). I have a 58" flat screen TV in the living room with a large couch, smaller couch with a center overstuffed arm rest, and single overstuffed reclining chair. Both couches also recline for a total of 5 reclining seats in front of the entertainment stand and wall mounted TV. The common area floors are ceramic tile. The bedrooms have been freshly carpeted (Sep 2017). Microwave, toaster and keurig that uses k-cups for your use. Bring some, use some (resupplying the coffee year round gets spendy). The back yard and patio area in the rear of the house is fenced in for use by your well mannered 4 legged family member(s). The wifi is as fast as I can purchase in the area and streams video to all 3 TV's, computers and phones with no issues. Roku tv I will update more as we go. I have switched this listing from the "other" online reservation company for convenience. My co host and I have maintained a 5 star super host rating since opening this home to internet booking in 2017. Nice 3 bedroom house with 2 full baths. This house is located at the end of a cul de sac and very quiet. This is my second house on this same street due to the popularity of the first, "Yeti's Retreat". As of August 2019 the house is ready to be rented. It is less then 10 minutes to the Daleville front gate for Fort Rucker. The furniture is brand new and the appliances are well maintained. The entire house is tiled with rugs for ease of cleaning (thinking about travelling with pets). There is 55" TV with business class high speed internet and wifi.

This is an extremely primitive hunting cabin, with camp ground. It has a porta potty (if you use it you must clean it out). This is a four acre tract in Macon county. It is near the sign that says Hardaway. Bring four wheeler, dirt bikes, go carts, and camping gear. There are no facilities at this campground. Just a nice dry cabin with a couch, a table and a couple of chairs. Have your own piece of woods and fields all to yourself. Bow hunting only. Less than 15 minutes from the Tuskegee National Forest. Cabin runs on gas generator power only. It comes with one full tank of gas (no ethanol permitted) (approximately 6 hours of electricity). No heat and no air. Cabin comes with a fire pit and includes trails for hiking. There is inside sleeping for two but you may bring family and friends with tents and campers if desired. The trail to the cabin for trucks and cars is deeply rutted and often times impassible except for four wheel drives.

Our home was the former model home for the community, so you know you're getting the best in the 'hood. Amenities include 2 pools, kayaks/canoes on Lake Cameron, the H20 Cafe, fishing, tennis, and basketball courts. (Note: pools close for fall/winter beginning Oct. 1st). At sunset, we welcome you to enjoy the colorful lake view from the rocking chairs on the front porch of the main house. We are only 36 miles from Auburn's Jordan-Hare Stadium--book us for home games! THE SPACE The Loft is built over the carport in the back of our home, and it features private stairs and a private entrance with digital keypad lock. It is a studio-apartment style space, and has a full bathroom with large tile shower and a separate kitchenette and pantry. The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishes, fully stocked Keurig and a toaster (note: no oven/stove). The bedroom has a king-size bed and two arm chairs as pictured, and now includes a breakfast table with two chairs by the window. High speed WiFi network is included with HD Roku TV to log in to your favorite streaming service. GUEST ACCESS You will have access to the entire loft via a private staircase and entrance, as well as the downstairs front porch of the main house if you would like to enjoy the lake view by rocking chair. You will receive guest amenities cards that will allow you to access the pools and beach for using the kayaks and canoes. Please feel free to let us know if you would like to borrow any fishing equipment--we have it all except the live bait! The neighborhood also features a cute community area and several common spaces, where you can dine and shop at the H2O Cafe (try the soft serve ice cream!) or hang out in the large "green spaces". INTERACTION WITH GUESTS We love making new friends, but we are also happy to give you your space. Don't be shy about asking questions or reaching out to us. We live in our home full time and are happy to chat with you as much or as little as you prefer. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Guests may use our 4-seater golf cart for an additional fee of $50 per day.
